Easy Returns

Do you wish to return one of our products? In the rare event of a mistake in delivery or sending you a defective product, just contact us to return it for the right product or claim a refund. We take the utmost care and caution to ensure that the products you order from our store reach you in the best condition in the quickest possible time. However, if you are not happy with them when you receive them, contact us to return them.

NOTE: Only non-customized products may be returned for exchange or refund.

The typical reasons for returning include:

1) Mistakes in ordering: Wrong specifications? Not the correct material? Don’t worry. If a different product is ordered by mistake, then we would replace it with the correct product. Contact us without delay.

NOTE: All applicable labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged to you.

2) Requirements are not matched: Did you order something and got something else delivered? If the product that is shipped to you is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount.

3) Manufacturing defects: If the product is discovered to carry any manufacturing defect, then the product can be returned for a quick replacement with another product.
